1/52

As part of my push to take more photos, I am joining in with Jodi at Che and Fidel for The 52 Project. It is usually "A portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2013."  As I am not  keen to have obvious pictures of The Littles on net, mine will be a little different. Mine will be more of an "unportrait," as Jodi called it,  and taking images of important moments for us during the year (in which I hope there is one BIG moment)

So here is Imp in all her jumping glory

    1. I think the subject is pretty fab, but I may be wee bit bias. I have a younger gal too but she was not in the mood for being in front of the lens that day. I hope to get a shot of both of them for the next one.

  9. I LOVE your photo. I am also very fond of the whole idea of an unportrait. This is one of my favorite photos from the series thus far.

    Have a great weekend!

    1. Thank you Rebecca for such kind words. I love my girls dearly and would love to show them off to the world; however they didn't ask me to start a blog so I maintain their privacy until they are of an age where they might change their mind. Til then, it's loads of unportraits instead.

  10. What a beautiful shot that captures the utter joy of jumping (on the trampoline, perhaps?).

    1. Yes Libby, it was a trampoline. She loves it. But hey, why just limit yourself to that? She also attempts this on beds and lounges, but does become disappointed when for some reason Mum and Dad say no :P
